0067P23 MOBILE SUSPENSION SYSTEM WITH OVERHEAD CRANE FOR PAINTING PLANT

The design of these structures was necessary for a

new complete painting plant

The new layout is composed of various suspension systems equipped with

fixed and mobile monorails

A preparation/warehouse structure was calculated to hang the items to be painted with

five monorails and total capacity of 3000 kg

A mobile overhead crane with two monorails for picking up and moving the various hanging items was calculated and designed.

The mobile overhead crane can be blocked at the various steps in order to

intercept the fixed monorails and has a total capacity of 1000 kg

The new layout/installation is completed by a painting oven and

two specially designed extraction environments

All structures will be built in class
