This post is a bit special and different from the others. Speak about the experience of a good day with some ruminations about the place where I was born, where I work and where I am culturally ... an admirable place for so much manufacturing! MOTOR VALLEY, but not only ... I am writing about the manufacturing conference to which I was invited by ONE TEAM, which organized the meeting at the convention hall of the Ferrari museum in Maranello. The topics were really many and all with an intense approach to the future, to the new horizons of manufacturing, to new technologies and operational tools, always with an in-depth 360° analysis of the impacts on the planet and on our economic, technological and manufacturing industrial culture. In particular, I greatly appreciated the presentation of all those software tools, devices, born and which are constantly improving to facilitate our work, to make it more productive and qualitative, also by improving the level of social interaction and always considering, in all aspects, the positive and negative impacts on our planet. A specific topic to which I have paid particular attention concerns the big importance of data an aspect in which I have always been interested and in which human reality is increasingly implicated. The new technologies related to virtual reality now allow you to perform 360° commissioning in virtual mode! I found the conference very interesting and purely connected with my profession, from the point of view of the activities I propose. In aspects related to Project Management and Engineering for industry A territory in which I have been operating for the past 20 years. - Was I forgetting? ... MAX LOAD 1,5 TONS TRAILABLE - FORKLIFTABLE - CONFIGURABLE - PRACTICAL AND STRONG - MAX TORQUE 1500 Nm This is the first project for a new customer, executed in record time by analyzing the multiple characteristics of the crane booms to be moved and rotated. There are currently nine crane booms that can be loaded on this big trolley. Toolings are reduced to a minimum in quantity and will be able to support additional crane booms in the future, should the customer need it. The loads and methods of use / toolings of the trolley are specified for each crane boom. The operator can easily equip the trolley with automatic mechanical couplings and positionings. I really believe we will be loading more crane booms soon ! - FACTORY TESTING - Loaded, rotating and lifted ... Testing completed !

This particular trolley has the function of housing pre-assembled wheel kits. It can be towed, even in series. Total load: 150 kg A peculiarity of the design was to reduce the dimensions as much as possible due to space requirements. This involved a careful analysis of the dynamic conditions, in particular the load centers and the possibility of overturning during towing, routes and curves. For this purpose, the minimum curve radii were calculated based on the towing speeds, also considering the maximum slope of the pavement and all limits to avoid overturning, making all verifications. For this purpose, a special container has been designed with an integral soft plasticization treatment.

This special tool has been designed to ensure the correct positioning of the rocker arm rods on a 4-cylinder engine during in-line assembly operations. The operator positions the mask, places the rods and locks them to the tool, then checks that they have been correctly seated and therefore rest in the right way on the cams.

A simple four-place container, for housing and transport of various sizes of conveyors. Forkable on four sides and stackable. The products are placed on special plates coated anti-abrasion with rubber, in order to preserve the integrity of the treated surface b of the products to be housed. Total load: 250 kg

This rack has been designed to accommodate various sizes of heavy connecting rods. It is composed of an optimized frame and various replaceable and screwable blocks coated with a special rubber treatment. The rack can be fork-over on four sides and can be stacked empty or fully loaded. Total load: 500 kg A dedicated trolley has also been designed for manual handling, as an aid to assembly operations in the operator's workplace.

A layout that was necessary to study the relocation of an assembly line to a new location. Particular attention to the work areas and logistics, to the position of some systems and possible interference with the existing structure in the elevated area.

It has the particularity of being equipped with a centralized braking system that can be activated with a single pedal on the four wheels. It is also equipped with a lever with gas compression spring for grounding of the electric transmission during the welding phases.
